CBRE Was Responsible for the Placement, Concept Design, Architecture and Project Management of Johnson & Johnson's New Office in Lagoas Park

CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consulting company, was responsible for Johnson & Johnson’s office move to Edíficio 9 in Lagoas Park. The leading pharmaceutical company has just moved from Queluz de Baixo to Lagoas Park, becoming the first company to occupy the newest building in this popular office complex in Oeiras.

The new 3,250 square metres office was fully planned and designed by CBRE, which was responsible for the concept design, project management of specialties and architecture, operative furniture, soft seating and construction management. CBRE has also been following the LEED Certification process, an authentication that makes the office more efficient and environmentally friendly.

This operation was particularly challenging because it  resulted in the involvement of two important CBRE lines of business, namely  transaction and project management. This project demonstrates that both areas increasingly converge their activity to respond to the demands of  our clients which are looking for tailor-made solutions that meet the challenges of their businesses. This  office space is designed for the 21st century business world and we believe it will support Johnson & Johnson's growth and productivity in Portugal.

This project met Johnson & Johnson's Workplace Strategy, allowing employees to enjoy the work and leisure areas through organic and multifunctional solutions, as well as by biophilia, incorporated from the beginning in the Concept Design. Within this important framework, CBRE ensured an office that is fully integrated in the trend of efficient spaces, whilst meeting the expectations of Johnson & Johnson employees as well as high environmental standards and energy efficiency.
