CBRE Takes On The Management Of Sintra Business Park
CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consulting company, was selected to manage Sintra Business Park, one of the main business parks in the Greater Lisbon area.
The management agreement was decided in a condominium's assembly, gathering the Sintra Business Park owners’ consensus. As part of the agreement, CBRE opted for an on-site management model, with a team member entirely dedicated to the space, allowing a faster and more efficient management plan.
Built in 2000, Sintra Business Park offers an integrated office and warehouse solution, with four office buildings and six warehouses with areas ranging from 30 sqm to 5,000 sqm. Located only 15 km away from Lisbon and in Sintra’s outskirts, the business park has privileged access to important roads such as IC19 and A16, which allows its occupants to easily reach various other locations in Portugal. The park has been increasing its occupancy, the latest occupant is multinational company Thyssen, which is now occupying a 2,628 sqm space, where about 150 of their workers are based.
The asset also benefits from a food-court, multi-purpose auditorium, 24-hour security and various shopping and leisure facilities nearby.

Since we recognise the demands of managing a large space such as Sintra Business Park, we’ve decided to follow an on-site management model, which allows us to manage buildings more effectively and to be closer to their occupants and their needs.
