CBRE Responsible For The Portfolio Management Of 12 Real Estate Assets Belonging To EREF I Fund

CBRE’s Asset Services Department took on the management of the EREF I (Explorer Real Estate Fund I) fund portfolio. With this agreement, CBRE, will have an additional 12 real estate assets to manage.The 12 asset portfolio represents a total area of approximately 50,000 sqm and includes several emblematic buildings located in the Greater Lisbon area, such as the Visconde Alvalade Building, near the Sporting Clube de Portugal stadium, Edifício E located in Alfrapark, and the Liberty Building, located in Avenida Fontes Pereira de Melo.

The EREF I fund was launched in 2017. Explorer Investments, which acts as the Fund's Investment Adviser, was established in 2003 and is an independent asset management company with extensive experience and track record in Portugal. It manages and advises funds with a valuation of over 1500 million euros, across three business areas (Private Equity, Capital Expansion, Tourism and Real Estate).
