CBRE Markets Two Imotécnica Offices in Lisbon

CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consulting company, has been appointed to market two assets belonging to Imotécnica's portfolio. The properties are located on Avenida António Augusto Aguiar, where CBRE is marketing four floors, and in Tower II of Laranjeiras, where four fractions are also being marketed.

The four floors located in the building on 130 António Augusto Aguiar Avenue, cover an area of around 1,000 sqm, in an office building set in one Lisbon’s most prestigious areas. This building is well-served in terms of public transportation, only 150 meters away from the São Sebastião metro station, also benefiting from secure and private underground parking.

The four fractions being marketed in Tower II of Laranjeiras, total around 1,150 sqm of office space. Located in a central part of Lisbon, Tower of Laranjeiras is close to Avenida dos Combatentes, between Católica Universityand Praça de Espanha. The building’s location is exceptional, it easily links to the Eixo Norte-Sul highway, the Segunda Circular highway and the main roads connecting Lisbon to other parts of the country.

Given the shortage of office space that the market is currently facing, these assets represent a unique opportunity for companies that are looking for high-quality spaces, both in terms of facilities and a privileged location in the capital. The trust that Imotécnica has placed in our services, demonstrates the extremely positive growth CBRE has had in recent times, especially in the office rental market.
