CBRE, the world’s leading real estate consultant, advised on the acquisition of Liberdade 108, a building located in Avenida da Liberdade, by a fund managed by BMO Real Estate Partners. The asset was previously managed by GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH.

Totally refurbished in 2013, this property is set in one of Lisbon's prime office and retail areas, and includes on the ground floor a Michael Kors flagship store, a global reference in the luxury fashion market. Further to this, the building has also 6 office floors.
